Subscribe & Save is designed to make Amazon your default. The discounts are real, but many brands offer their own subscriptions with equivalent or better pricing, plus you build a direct relationship with the brand. Worth auditing what you're actually auto-buying.

- Screenshot or list every active subscription before canceling
How to cancel

- Or cancel your entire Amazon account which terminates all subscriptions

Migration steps
- Go to Account → Subscribe & Save and list every active subscription
- For each item, check if the brand sells direct or if a category-specific retailer covers it
- Set up replacements before canceling (Chewy autoship, Grove subscription, etc.)
- Cancel each Amazon Subscribe & Save item once the replacement is confirmed
- Set a calendar reminder to verify your new autoships are working after 30 days
