Closing Your Amazon Account
What you lose permanently — and what to do in the right order
Involved migrationWhat it is
Closing your Amazon account is permanent and irreversible. Everything tied to your Amazon ID — purchases, Kindle library, Audible library, Prime Video purchases, order history — becomes inaccessible. The order in which you do things matters significantly.
